What is aloe vera juice?
Aloe vera juice is a liquid obtained from the leaves of the aloe vera plant, also known as sábila. Aloe vera is a succulent plant that has been used for centuries for medicinal and cosmetic purposes due to its beneficial health properties.
Aloe vera juice is obtained by extracting the clear gel found inside the plant's leaves. Aloe vera gel is rich in nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants. It also contains bioactive compounds, such as polysaccharides, which give it anti-inflammatory, healing, and moisturizing properties.
Aloe vera juice is used both topically and internally. Topically, it is applied directly to the skin to relieve sunburn, irritation, insect bites, and to promote wound healing. Additionally, it is used in skincare products, such as creams, lotions, and gels, due to its hydrating and soothing properties.

We have incorporated aloe vera into our cosmetics.
It is present in all our emulsions, such as in:
- our protective fluid cream, the ideal fuel for your skin every day, as it hydrates and protects throughout the day
- our repairing body cream, a formulation that hydrates, softens, and leaves skin silky smooth; it is ideal for applying after sun exposure.
It is also the base of our facial toner, along with rose hydrolat; the combination of both makes the toner one of the essential cosmetics in your daily routine, to hydrate and balance the skin after cleansing.

Internally, aloe vera juice is consumed as a liquid supplement. It is believed to have benefits for digestive health, such as:
- relieving constipation,
- promoting intestinal health,
- improving nutrient absorption.
However, it is important to note that the consumption of aloe vera juice should be done with caution and under the supervision of a healthcare professional, as it can have laxative effects and is not recommended in certain cases, such as during pregnancy or for people with certain illnesses.
Therefore, before using aloe vera juice internally, it is advisable to consult with a doctor or health expert to ensure its proper use and dosage.
