How can I pay for my order?

How is my order shipped?

Through an express courier company, CORREOS EXPRESS.
You can also receive it at the post office closest to your home or work; just add it to your comments section or modify the delivery when you receive the SMS from Correos Express informing you of the delivery date and time.

When will I receive my order?

Within 24-48 hours after placing the order and making payment.
The Correos Express agency will send you an SMS to your mobile phone indicating the delivery time slot. You have the option of changing it or requesting that your order be delivered to the post office closest to your home or work, so you can pick it up at a time that best suits you.
We don't ship on Fridays, so if you place an order on Thursday after 12:00 p.m., your order will ship on Monday and you'll receive it on Tuesday.

RETURNS

Can I return the order?

Of course! You can send the product to us by mail to our address:

As soon as we receive the product, we'll refund the amount to your account. The product must not have been opened or used.

What if the product has arrived broken or defective?

Don't worry! Although we control the quality and prepare each shipment manually, using eco-friendly protective packaging, if there is any problem, please contact us at info@saper.es as soon as you receive the package, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
We will send you a new shipment with the defective products at no cost to you.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

At Saper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, here is how you can cancel your order or request a return:

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

You can cancel your order completely free of charge and without giving any reason, provided that it has not yet left our warehouse.

  • How to request it? Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to process it as a standard return.

2. Right of Withdrawal (After Delivery)

You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase.

  • Product Conditions: For reasons of hygiene and public health, returns will only be accepted for products that retain their original seal intact and have not been opened or used. Once the safety seal is removed, the product is excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable regulations for goods exempted due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Return Cost: Returns are subject to a management and shipping fee of €4.90, which will be directly deducted from the total refund amount.
