To complement your beauty routine from the inside, we want to share with you the recipe of the image, a super healthy and revitalizing salad for the summer.

– 2 cups of fresh spinach. Provides vitamins A and C to repair skin and promote collagen production.
– 1 cup of cooked brown rice. Provides selenium, which helps skin elasticity.
– ½ cup cooked lentils. They provide protein and zinc, crucial for skin nutrition and healing.
– ½ cup steamed broccoli . Provides vitamins A and C to repair skin – ½ sliced cucumber
– A pinch of edible flowers (optional)

For the arugula and hemp pesto:
