How much does shipping cost?
If your order does not exceed 50 euros of purchase, shipping costs are 4,90 €.

How can I pay for my order?

How is my order shipped?
Through an express courier company, CORREOS EXPRESS.
You can also receive it at the post office closest to your home or work, just put it in observations, or modify the delivery when you receive the SMS from Correos Express informing you of the day and time of delivery.
When will I receive my order?
In 24-48 h. after the order has been placed and paid for.
The Correos Express agency will send you a text message to your cell phone indicating the delivery time slot, you have the possibility to change it, or to request that your order be deposited at the post office closest to your home or work, so that you can pick it up when it suits you best.
We do not ship on Fridays, so if you place an order on Thursday, after 12:00 noon, your order will be shipped on Monday and you will receive it on Tuesday.
Can I return the order?
Of course it is! You can return the products within 7 days of receipt.
The products must not have been handled or used and must be in perfect condition, unopened and in the original packaging. We will reimburse you once received in our laboratory, using the same payment method you used to pay for the order, minus the shipping costs (4,90€). You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You can use the same box and environmentally friendly wrapping paper to protect them during transit.

What if the product arrived broken or defective?
Don’t worry! Although we control the quality and prepare each shipment manually, with an ecological protective wrapping, in case there is any problem, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you have received the package, and we will solve it as soon as possible.
We will send you a new shipment with the defective products at no cost to you.
